Currently we have herbs, micro-greens & edible flowers grown by Hole’s Greenhouse & Market Garden. We source our eggs & lamb from Four Whistle Farms. Our beef is antibiotic & hormone-free (www.heritageangus.ca). Our Chinook Salmon comes from Creative Salmon Organic Farm who raise certified organic indigenous Pacific Chinook (King) salmon in the waters of Clayoquot Sound (www.creativesalmon.com). Our gelato & ice cream comes from Pinocchio Italian Ice Cream, Our hand-made pasta is made by Tony & Chelsea of The Salt Room. Our chicken is anti-biotic and hormone-free and is sourced from Alberta Suppliers and distributed by Wild Game Consultants & Ital-Canadian Meats. Our preserves, confits, pickles & sauces are all made in house using produce from Hole’s Market Garden throughout the year.
