Currently we have herbs, micro-greens, tomatoes, beets, cucumber, peppers, and corn grown by Hole’s Greenhouse & Market Garden. We source our eggs & lamb from Four Whistle Farms. Our beef is antibiotic & hormone free (www.heritageangus.ca). Our Chinook Salmon comes from Creative Salmon Organic Farm who raise certified organic indigenous Pacific Chinook (King) salmon in the waters of Clayoquot Sound (www.creativesalmon.com). Our gelato & ice cream comes from Pinocchio Italian Ice Cream, Our chicken is anti-biotic and hormone-free and is sourced from Alberta Suppliers and distributed by Wild Game Consultants & Ital-Canadian Meats. Our finishing oils & vinegars are from Evoolution specialty olive oils & vinegars. Our preserves, confits, pickles & sauces are all made in-house using produce from Hole’s Market Garden throughout the year. Thank you for helping us support the local economy.
